Farnham Town Youth has been providing grass-roots football in the community for over 40 years.
As an England Football Accredited club, we pride ourselves that all our coaches are fully qualified and have completed the appropriate FA coaching and training courses. As well as understanding the laws of the game, they can safely and effectively develop players and maximise player enjoyment.
We want to be known for developing good football players, on and off the pitch. We strive to create a positive, challenging, and enjoyable environment, which provides players with the freedom to express themselves and develop in-line with The FA 4 Corner Model.
“ We want to be known for developing good football players, on and off the pitch. We strive to create a positive, challenging, and enjoyable environment, which provides players with the freedom to express themselves and develop in line with The FA 4 Corner Model. "
We value challenges and competition. But we never lose sight of what football is really about: having fun.
We want to develop individual skills and character. But working together, for the team, is what’s most important.
We want to play hard and compete. But we always respect the laws of the game, our teammates, and the opposition.
We want to develop better people and players. But at the heart of everything we do are our friends and family at the Club.
The England Football Accreditation aims to raise the standards in the grassroots game. It supports the development of clubs and leagues, recognising and rewarding commitment, quality, and achievement. Clubs that achieve England Football Accreditation are challenged to main standards and, where appropriate, improve and progress to new levels.
The England Football Accreditation is for clubs who provide the best places for people to stay and enjoy football. These are the clubs that demonstrate they offer well-run, sustainable football. Clubs which achieve the accreditation status are proud to prioritise qualified coaching and safeguarding, as well as the values of Respect as part of their game.
Not only does accreditation mean that we’re doing the right things, both on and off the pitch, it also reassures parents that you and your children are in safe hands.
We take our responsibility as role models for children very seriously. We insist on hight levels of behaviour for everyone involved with the Club.
Our players should be respectful, encouraging, and kind – whatever the situation. And our coaches, volunteers, and parents, should be aware of their influential role within the Club and act accordingly.
